  5. Chopped coriander leaves n make a tamrind pulp with hot water..
  6. Heat the big container pour oil add mustard seeds n cumin seeds asofetidia, curry leaves n dry red chilli..
  7. Saute for a minutes,add red chilli powder, sambar masala, n turmeric Powder..
  8. Add Kashmiri Lal powder mix it well n cook for a minutes after that add boil dal n boil veggies mix it well..
  9. Add water as per consistency you need tamrind pulp n salt again mix it well n cook for 10 to 15 minutes..
  10. Now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy soft idli sambar is ready to serve serve hot in a serving dish n enjoy hot..
