  1. Heat a pan with both ghee and oil at first. Shallow fry paneer cubes a bit for 3-4 minutes and remove them onto a plate..
  2. In the same pan, throw in the cumin seeds, dry chillies, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon sticks, ginger, garlic and chopped coriander now..
  3. Add chopped onions and saute for a minute or two before adding in the tomatoes and the rest of the spices. After cooking for about 10 minutes, blend into a puree along with soaked cashewnuts..
  4. After done, stir in the paneer cubes. Sprinkle garam masala, add both chopped coriander and kasuri methi. Do not forget to stir in the fresh cream too. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes more before switching off the flame..
