  1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang (supaya lebih awet). Ambil 1 sdm untuk marinasi daging, sisanya campur dengan kelapa parut, aduk rata.
  2. Ada 2 cara untuk membalur ; 1. Daging marinasi tusuk dulu ke tusukan sate baru dibalur kelapa bumbu (aku pakai cara 1) 2. Balur dulu daging dengan kelapa bumbu baru ditusukkan.
  3. Sisihkan sate yang sudah ditusuk dan tutup dengan plastik wrap, simpan dalam lemari Es sebentar agar meresap. Saya buat pagi untuk makan sore/malam atau sebaliknya. Sisa kelapa bumbu keringkan di pan untuk serundeng yang biasanya ditaburkan diatas Nasi nya.
  4. Bakar Sate diatas Pan tebal dan panas, bolak balik hinga rata. Terakhir bakar diatas api untuk sekedar memberi rasa bakar/grill dengan arang. (Karena keluarga ga mau yang gosong jadi ak pakai tatakan di happy call).
  5. Siap disajikan dengan saus kacang, kecap manis bawang merah, nasi hangat ditabur serundeng..
