  19. {Prepare 1/4 cup of Cornflour.
  20. {Take 2 tablespoons of all-purpose Flour.
  21. {Take 2/3 teaspoon of Ginger-Garlic paste.
  22. {Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of Chilli powder.
  23. {Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of black Pepper powder.
  24. {Take 1/2 teaspoon of Salt.
  25. {Take 3 tablespoons of Water, to prepare the batter.

Steps to make Chilli Paneer:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add corn flour maida, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt. Mix all the ingredients and add little water at a time and mix it. Make a thick, smooth and lump free batter adding about 1/4 cup water..
  2. Add paneer cubes in the batter and mix well..
  3. Deep fry the coated paneer in hot oil until golden brown. Set aside..
  4. In 1 tbsp oil, fry garlic, saute until light brown. Add onions, fry until translucent..
  5. Add the capsicum, fry for a few minutes. Add the Spring onions, saute..
  6. Add soya sauce, red chilli paste, tomato sauce, vinegar, one by one into the pan and mix it properly. Cook it in low flame for a minute..
  7. Add sugar and pepper, mix. Add the fried paneer..
  8. Add 1 teaspoon cornflour and 3-4 tablespoons of water into a bowl and mix it well to make a paste, quicly add to the pan and stir quickly for 1 minute..
  9. Garnish with spring onion greens, serve hot..
