  1. Prepare the plain Rice as per your convenience and set aside until use..
  2. In a cooking pan, heat Ghee and add the Mustard Seeds at first. Keep the flame on a low. After they crackle, add the Curry Leaves and the Dry Red Chillies..
  3. Add Asafoetida and both the Lentils now. Let the colour change to a light golden and then add the Turmeric powder and the chopped Green Chillies as well. Now add the Peanuts. Fry them for a while until crisp and done..
  4. Now add the Lemon juice and mix. And finally the cooked or leftover Rice and give it all a good mix. That's it. Garnish with a few chopped Coriander Leaves also if desired. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes..
  5. Serve it alongside some Poppadoms and Pickle. Enjoy!.
