  3. Lalu panggang dibolak balik agar matangnya merata.
  4. = Sambal = Rebus bawang putih dan cabe, tiriskan lalu diuleg tambahkan bumbu sambal lainnya kemudian ditumis tambahkan sedikit air dan daun jeruk, perasan jeruk nipis, aduk aduk sampai rata.
