  1. Panaskan kukusan.Kukus kelapa parut (beri alas daun pisang) kemudian tambahkan garam. Campur rata. Sisihkan. Siapkan celupan : campur tepung, air, garam dan pewarna (adonan kental)..
  2. Kupas kulit pisang, potong mnjadi 2 bagian. Masukkan ke dalam celupan hingga menutupi semua permukaan pisang..
  3. Kukus pisang hingga matang dg alas daun pisang (saya pakai air agak kebanyakan jdnya kurang rapi krn celupan kurang kental). Jgn ditiru, ya😁.
  4. Jika sdh matang, angkat, balur dg kelapa parut. Sajikan bersama kuah kinca gula merah..
